| and we'll be happy to dispatch our
exclusive towing contractor, |
| Empire Towing, to pick you up, along with your
damaged vehicle, |
| and transport you to our shop where
we can |
| make arrangements to
place you into a rental vehicle. |

| If your vehicle was removed from the
accident scene by police tow truck |
| and transported to their storage
facility, just let us know |
| and we'll pay the charges, pick it
up and have it towed to Folks for you. |
| |
| If you're a member of AAA, you may
direct their tow truck driver |
| to transport you and your vehicle
directly to Folks Auto Body. |
| |
| In any event, towing a damaged
vehicle to a repair facility |
| is considered to be part of the
collision claim and will be |
| paid for by your insurance carrier;
along with the cost of repairs... |

less any deductible amount which may apply. |
